How do I drop my car off for service?

Our regular hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. We encourage you to use our key drop at the front door after hours and on weekends to avoid rush hour traffic and allow us to get to work on your car faster. If you already have an appointment, simply drop your key in the key drop at the front door and we’ll take it from there. If you don’t have an appointment, please leave us a brief note and phone numbers and we will call you the next business morning.

What if I need to have my car towed to Redmond European?

Our preferred towing company is MAC Towing. Their phone number is 800-408-4869. They know where we are, and exactly what to do with your car and keys. There is no need for you to come with the car. Simply call us ((425) 376-2655) or leave a message on our answering machine.

Do I need an appointment?

To ensure your same day service and satisfaction, we do work by appointment. We do, however, welcome any emergencies or tow-ins at anytime.

Do you have a shuttle service?

We do offer shuttle service in the local area.

What if I can't pick up my car before you close?

We can and frequently do handle payment arrangements over the phone so you can pick up your car when it is convenient to you.

Can I wait while you service my car?

While it is best to leave your car you are welcome to use our waiting room for some small services like oil changes.

Can you perform authorized dealer warranty or recall work?

As an independent service facility, we are in no way affiliated with Volkswagen, Audi of America or Porsche; therefore, factory warranty work or recalls must be performed by the franchised dealer.

Do you accept aftermarket extended service contracts or after-market warranties?

Yes, we work with all the major warranty providers and can handle the entire process for you.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your parts and services?

18 months or 18,000 miles, whichever comes first. Many independent repair shops give a 90-day or 3,000 mile warranty on their parts and services.

Why do you only work on Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW & Mini Vehicles?

Simply said we are experts on our brands. By limiting the number of brands we work on, we are able to assure you that we will have the expert knowledge, special tools and parts required to repair or service your car in the least amount of time possible.
