We encourage customer feedback, which we consider to be a vital element of our continuous improvement program. In light of this we have introduced a system where Quality Control Checks are carried out by someone other than the mechanic who worked on the car. This ensures that our customers feel safe and secure that their vehicle has been double checked by two experts, instead of just one.
